Social protection organizations invited to join vaccination campaign

HYDERABAD – Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Aamir Hussain Panhwar urged all district social welfare organizations to extend their cooperation to the Ministry of Health and District Administration, in addition to other public welfare work, to meet the one hundred percent Corona vaccination target. Speaking to representatives of social protection organizations, DC urged all such organizations to participate fully in social protection work and to sensitize people in rural and urban areas to Corona vaccination. DC ordered the additional director of the welfare department to deregister non-functioning welfare organizations and even those not working for the public good. Additional Director of Social Protection Department Muhammad Sabir Qureshi and Deputy Director Abdul Rehman Khaskheli informed the meeting of social protection organizations and also assured that all social protection organizations would be required to play a positive role during the program of coronavirus vaccination.

Representatives of all social welfare organizations have ensured their cooperation to the fullest extent possible with the district administration to achieve the Corona vaccination target.

The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Sonia Kaleem, PPHI Regional Director Mazhar Weesar, District Health Officer Dr Daulat Jamali, District Population Welfare Officer Riaz Ahmed Shar and representatives from Shaheed Benazirabad District Social Protection Organization.
